FY2025
National Safety and Health Conference Held
(October 15–16, 2025)

The FY2025 National Safety and Health Conference, organized by Ecology Net Co., Ltd., was held bringing together individuals who are actively engaged in improving workplace safety and health at regional management companies and recycling facilities.

To further strengthen safety and health initiatives across companies, this year’s theme was “Establishing Practices for Risk Reduction through Hazard Identification.” Over two days, the program included plant tours, safety and health activity reports from each divisions, and risk assessment workshops.

During the plant tour, participants visited Takunan Shoji Co., Ltd., where they observed safety and heat countermeasure initiatives, as well as new initiative such as live demonstrations of AI-powered safety support devices.

In the risk assessment workshop, participants were divided into eight groups to review and analyze on-site operations, share newly identified hazards, and discuss and present measures for reducing associated risks.

Many participants expressed their intention to apply and expand the valuable insights and experiences gained through this conference to their own company activities moving forward.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Takunan Shoji Co., Ltd. for their tremendous support in hosting the plant tour and assisting with the conference operations.
